Terms of Use

Welcome to PlantPush ("App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and its services. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the requirements.

2. Subscription Services
The App offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to:
- Access to a plant catalog with detailed information.
- The ability to add plants and receive personalized notifications about watering and fertilizing.

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Payment
You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of your subscription and at the start of each renewal period. All payments are processed through Google Pay and Apple Pay, and you agree to pay all applicable fees.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

5. User Content
You can add plants and submit information ("User Content") to the App. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it within the App. You are responsible for all User Content you submit.

6. Notifications
The App may send you notifications about your plants, including watering and fertilizing reminders. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Hubus.pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubus.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
